  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. After your order is processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Delays: In rare cases, orders may experience delays due to high demand, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. If any delays occur, we will notify you immediately.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Cost: $10.00 for orders between $0.00 and $60.00.
    • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $60.
    • Delivery Time: Typically 7-15business days for delivery.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Cost: $20.00 for faster delivery.
    • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on the delivery address.

All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, the carrier, or unexpected events (such as weather delays or transportation disruptions).

3. Shipping Method

We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. The shipping carrier for your order will be chosen based on the size, weight, and delivery location.

Common carriers include:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so that you can follow its journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping within the United States: We currently only offer shipping within the United States, including all 50 states.

  • PO Boxes: We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes, but please note that delivery times may vary.

  • Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses: At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

It is very important that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Ynotecart cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check the address before completing your order to ensure the information is correct.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check your surroundings: Sometimes packages are left in areas like porches, garages, or with neighbors.
  2. Contact the Carrier: If your package is still missing, contact the carrier directly for assistance with locating your shipment.

8. Shipping Damage

While we take every precaution to ensure your order is packaged securely, if your item arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Send an email to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item(s), and any visible damage to the packaging.

  2. Return/Exchange Process: Once we receive your claim, we will assist you with the return, exchange, or refund process based on your preference.

9. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $10.00 for orders between $0.00 and $60.00.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $60.
  • Expedited Shipping: $20.00 for faster delivery.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, this will be automatically applied at checkout.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages
